When the charting elements are recorded by interns or licensed social workers (LSWs), the senior providers can co-sign the Encounter note to ensure that the tasks are reviewed by them. These senior providers may sign the Encounter note or re-assign them to other senior providers (who have co-signature rights).
Users can access the High Important and Pending co-signature requests of the current month from the Dashboard screen.
