Changing Co-Signature Status

You are allowed to change the status of the co-signature from "Normal" to "High Important" or from "High Important" to "Normal".

 

To change the status of co-signature:

1.On the Dashboard screen, in the Co-Sign List section;
•Click the Highly Important link to access all the co-signature requests that are marked as highly important of the current month.
•Click the Pending link to access all the co-signature requests of the current month.
2.To mark Encounter note with high importance, click the low_importance icon in the grid.
3.To set highly important Encounter note as normal, click the high_importance  icon in the grid.
4.If required, you can select multiple Encounter notes using check boxes provided on extreme right and then click the low_importance icon from top of the grid to mark multiple co-signature requests as high important.

 

Note: You can choose different color according to your need to represent important and normal statuses.
