Once clicked the Reply button, you will be brought to the Compose tab of the mail box. The person who originally sent the message to the user will auto-populate in the “To” field.

1.To add someone else to the message thread from your My Contacts list, enter the username in the “To” field.
2.Click Browse to select file from you r computer drive to attach.
3.Type the message into the free-form text box below.
4.Adjust message settings (e.g., font type, size, alignment, style), if necessary, by using the toolbar above.

Note: This toolbar mirrors the functionality of Microsoft Office.

5.To save this message as a draft, click the Save button.
6.To send this message, click the Send button.
7.To discard the message without saving to drafts, click the “Discard” button.
